Sensei Matt began his Karate training in his hometown of Crookwell, NSW in 2011. Since that time he has lived in Canberra where he studied directly under Australia's highest ever ranked black belt for many year. His martial arts journey has seen him train all over the world including Okinawa, Japan - the birthplace of Karate. He is a has multiple National Tournament titles and is well renowned in Australian Goju-ryu circles.
Today he is head instructor of Bungendore Traditional Karate.
Senpai Lisa was motivated to try Karate after her daughters began training in the art. Years later she has achieved her black belt in Okinawa Goju-ryu. As a school teacher, Senpai Lisa helps facilitate our childrens programmes in a way that will be beneficial to other aspects of their lives.
Senpai Keira also began training in her home town of Crookwell, NSW where there was a local Dojo practicing the same style she still trains today. Senpai Kiera has trained since a young child and has a unique perspective on the different phases of training. She is sister to Sensei Matt.
